There are three Hogan assessments:

HPI- the 'bright side' of personality that measures how others are likely to see the individual in everyday situations.

HDS - the 'dark side' of personality that measures behaviours that emerge when the person is not actively or effectively self-monitoring (eg in times of stress, boredom, complacency, fatigue). These behaviours can have strengths but also have the potential to risk performance.

MVPI - the 'inside' of personality that measures core drivers, motives, and preferences, providing insight into what a person wants out of their life and career.
