It’s designed to help prepare and demonstrate you are ready to take on a leadership role, so you are behaving and being seen as a Leader.

With the Advance programme, you'll get:

greater understanding of your leadership style and strengths
new and comfortable ways to demonstrate leadership capabilities
a development plan
a realistic and focused action plan to get ahead

This will happen through:

either 6 or 10 x 90 minute 1:1 sessions
30 minute meeting with your line manager (if applicable and funded through an organisation)
email support throughout the duration of the programme
